Booking and Payment
To book a photography session, you must provide us with your contact information and pay the agreed-upon fee. Payment must be made in full before the photography session takes place. We accept payment via credit/debit card, Zelle, or other methods agreed upon by us.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a photography session, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. If we need to cancel or reschedule a photography session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable date and time or provide a full refund.

Photography Session
During the photography session, we will take a series of photographs of you or your subject. We will use our professional judgment to determine the best angles, lighting, and poses for the photographs. You are welcome to make suggestions or requests, but we reserve the right to make the final decisions.

Ownership and Use of Photographs
We retain ownership of all photographs taken during the photography session. However, we grant you a license to use the photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the photographs for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Photo Editing
We offer photo editing services to enhance the quality of the photographs. We use our professional judgment to determine the appropriate editing techniques to use. You are welcome to make suggestions or requests, but we reserve the right to make the final decisions.

Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including photographs, text, and graphics, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content on our website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved in the courts of Harris county Houston, Texas.
